The Femmenomics podcast was created by Jen Pastor and Odessa Christiana, two women whose paths through money, real estate, and reinvention have been anything but linear. Through lived experience, professional expertise, and deep personal work, they came together to build a space where women can learn how money and real estate actually work, without intimidation, shame, or self-betrayal.
This podcast, this community, and this body of work exist for women who want to feel grounded and capable when it comes to wealth building, not rushed, pressured, or limited. Femmenomics is not about becoming someone else. It is about remembering who you already are and equipping yourself with the tools to build from here.

One of the most important things we want you to know right away is this:
There is no correct starting point.
You do not need perfect credit.
You do not need a down payment saved.
You do not need to know the language yet.
You do not need to have it figured out.
Femmenomics is a space where you are allowed to say, “This is where I am,” and be met with clarity, support, and real information instead of judgment.
So many women have been taught to stay quiet about money. To feel embarrassed if they do not understand something. To assume the system is too complicated or that they should leave it to someone else.
We are done with that.
Why real estate and mindset belong together
Real estate is practical. It is contracts, negotiations, numbers, and timelines.
But it is also deeply personal.
Every decision you make around money is influenced by how safe you feel, how worthy you believe you are, and how confident you trust yourself to be.
This is why Femmenomics is built on two pillars working together.
