Hello! I’m Jen, and I’m excited to share my journey toward financial independence and my passion for empowering women along the way.

Before 2020, I was deep in the grind—hustling hard for someone else’s dream. I spent nearly 20 hours a week commuting, trading my time and energy just to squeeze in a few precious hours with my daughter each night. I was committed. I was reliable. I was exhausted. And like so many women, I was doing everything right and still feeling like my life didn’t belong to me.

Then COVID hit—and everything cracked wide open.

One day at Malibu Beach, standing in a parking lot surrounded by armed police officers telling people where they could and couldn’t be, something inside me snapped awake. I realized I needed a place where no one could tell me I wasn’t allowed. A place that was mine. A place rooted in freedom.

That decision changed everything.

I bought my very first property: 2.5 raw acres in the Carrizo Plains for $6,000. No house. No roadmap. Just land, grit, and the refusal to stay stuck. I taught myself how to turn that “bare piece of nothing” into income—and I’ve never looked back.

Today, I own five income-producing properties that make money while I sleep. And here’s the part that matters: I didn’t do it one way. I did it every way.

Traditional mortgages. Cash purchases. Seller carry financing.

I don’t just talk strategy—I’ve lived it. I’ve tested it. I’ve proven it.
