Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of acceptance by the user (“Client”), by and between Femmenomics (“Service Provider”) and the Client.

  1. Services Provided
    The Service Provider agrees to provide the Client with access to Femmenomics Real Estate Forum (the "Services").
  2. Monthly Charges
    The Client agrees to pay a monthly fee for the Services. The first payment shall be due upon registration and subsequent payments shall be billed each month until cancellation as provided herein.
  3. No Guarantees
    The Client acknowledges that the Service Provider makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes or results from the Services provided. The Client's success or progress will depend on various factors, including but not limited to individual effort, prior knowledge, and external circumstances.
  4. No Refunds
    Due to the nature of digital products and Services, all fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, the Client acknowledges that access to the Services is granted immediately, and therefore there shall be no refunds for any reason.
  5. Mailing List
    By signing up for the Services, the Client agrees to be added to the Service Provider's mailing list. The Client may receive promotional materials, course updates, and other relevant communications. The Client can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the emails.
  6. Termination
    The Client may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice to the Service Provider.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, even if the Service Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  8. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By agreeing to this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms stated herein and agree to be bound by them.
